When a real estate development invades his Arctic home, Norm and his three lemming friends head to New York City, where Norm becomes the mascot of the corporation in an attempt to bring it down from the inside and protect his homeland.

Inti dari film Norm of the North ini yaitu bercerita sekelompok beruang yang berusaha meyakinkan kepada manusia supaya tidak membangun sebuah rumah di kutub utara, atau merupakan rumah beruang yang bernama Norm tersebut Tinggal. Banyak sekali usaha yang di lakukan Norm demi menyelamatkan dunia dari pemanasan global yang di lakukan oleh manusia.
